Dash Lighting question

Hello Fans, I typically restore dash assemblies with Rallye gauge clusters, however, I am restoring a 70 TA Challenger dash assembly with the non rallye gauges. The light bar I know is different between non rallye and rallye. My question is: Does the non rallye dash panel light bar receive the separate light that goes above the headlight/wiper/dimmer panel or was this part of the light package option(map light, etc.)?

That slot is for the instrument panel flood light over the switch panel, Optional with the light package only. Code is A01. Light package A01 could have been ordered with or without ralley dash
