Ok let's see if anyone has had this problem before, I'm assembling the front end of my 440 which is stroked to a 500( mopar crate motor) the problem that I'm having is that I put in the harmonic balancer . Pro performance part #80013 and with it being seated correctly against the double roller timing chain sprocket (used the installation tool) it is sticking out too far for my crank pulley to line up with any other pulleys. It's off about half a groove on the pulley. Is there a different balancer for a double roller sprocket?

Aftermarket dampers are not nessisarily made to the exact spec of the original damper + different year dampers were different thickness as well , matching up pullies can be a difficult task .
