hey guys how do you get this back piece of trim off? I can't figure it out it's just a little Allen key?

You should be able to feel where the clips are that are holding it on from the backside of that panel and pry with a trim removal tool the piece away from the body near those points. Sometimes these pieces if removed in the past were put back on with some sort of goop that the person felt necessary to use to help keep the trim in place. If so it can increase the difficulty of removal. If installed properly on factory clips it can take quite a bit of force to get it to pop free hence the specialty tools.

The clips rest in a little groove under that lip. That will be part of your challenge to get them to release. Pry your clip apart underneath to help release it. Being very careful, use a block of wood and mallet to gently tap it loose. But...be very careful of course.
