Hello, I'm working on a 1970 Challenger . I do not know how to replacing my e brake cables on the brake Pedal.
Thank you.

It’s been awhile, but the cable goes thru the driver’s side wheel well, into the car. There are two nuts visible; these hold the e-brake pedal assembly in place. Undo these nuts and drop the assembly inside the car. The cable end has a round spring contraption to keep the cable from sliding out of the frame. I think a small hose clamp can be used to compress it. Everything is pretty straightforward after that.

To the best of my knowledge, FSM is often referred to as a Field Service Manual. I just call them Service Manuals.
