I can't seem to add a picture.it shows up at first

Are you trying to download a picture from your computer to this site ? Or from your phone to the computer?

Are you clicking on the go advanced button at the bottom of the screen ? If not, go to advanced and the click on the paper clip icon ( attachments) and browse your computer to find what you want to download and just click on it. Hope that helps.
