I want to convert from headers, back to stock exhaust manifolds because I don't like the noise, heat, and scraping on the ground when I enter a driveway. I've been looking for manifolds for a 340. They are impossible to find or they are very expensive. Will manifolds from a 360 flow as well or equal to a 340 manifold? I'm not looking at power. It's a daily driver/cruiser. Thanks

Just off the top of my head. Mid 90's or latter Magnum engines manifolds bolt on to the LA. Also better performance. Someone might confirm year and performance.

I agree , the later 360 magnum manifolds will fit & flow better than almost anything else , you will need custom head pipes made

I used the TTI shortys. They were not cheap but they fit and do work quite well power wise.
I was thinking about the TTI headers. Did you have to change the starter? How is the clearance for the spark plugs? Thanks

No change to starter but I remember having to tell them what starter I had. The stock one.
Spark plugs easy as.
I also purchased the shorty front pipes tube set - all fitted very well.
The primary tubes are fairly small at 1 5/8 and not that long but at a guess they would collect at around the same place as the 340 high performance manifolds.

Thanks. Was the shipping expensive to New Zealand? I live fairly close to the factory so shipping won't be an issue.

I don't remember exact price it was about 5 years ago - but yes it was pricey. It would be a lot worse today I think.
I think if I lived close the TTI would be the way I would go for sure.
The shorty design is ideal for a street motor. IMO they would work at least as good as the HP manifolds or likely better.
