Partial Vin 1B310745
I also have the heads from this motor, 1 J head and 1 Z head

Just throwing it out there in case it can find it’s way to the original owner

I agree, very nice post to find the original owner of this block! Thanks for posting the numbers. You are correct that it is a 4/70 casting. The first digit of "1" in the partial VIN indicates it went into a 1971 model year car which I think is relevant. Since you are new to the site, welcome! You may want to read the "FEBO classified rules" prior to posting an item for sale. Good job and good luck selling it!

Can you say anything more about the condition of the block?

since you have the heads, would you also have the crank and journals?
