Found a build sheet in great shape

I just bought a 1970 Dodge Challenger and underneath the backseat was a build sheet from a different car the bill cheap number is JH23B4B403489 anybody would like to have this for their car that belongs to that car please PM me

JH23B4 can't be right. B is 198 6 cyl. 70 and 71 only. Is it G or H for 74? Or is the 6th digit not a 4?

That is the correct Vin number I double checked it I came up with the 74 six-cylinder challenger
