I did a front break conversion kit. Now the problem I have is I press the brakes they stop butt does not release the pressure so in neutral you the car doesn't move. If I crack the line they release and ideas.

Hi, had this problem myself on a 1973 charger. You said the exact Description of mine. Bought a new repop proportioning valve, it was bad. That valve was bad from new. Not saying thats your problem but it was mine. Good luck

Where do you crack the line? between the master cylinder and proportioning valve or between the proportioning valve and the calliper? you should be able to isolate this one way restriction problem by where you are cracking the line and find the faulty component.

Make sure the pedal and MC rod fully retract and allow the MC piston to return all the way back.

if you are using a different master the piston inside the master may not be retracting fully so you may have to shorten the pushrod out of the booster
