Gas cap

[73Challenger]

I have a flip top gas cap on my 73. Where can I find the smaller cap that goes underneath the flip cap?

I got a Stant at a local auto parts store. One of my original flip tops has the spring and the seal that is the same as a 70 Charger cap.
