Gasket Question

On a 70 TA Challenger is there a gasket that goes between the rear spoiler and the body or does it just bolt down to the trunk from underneath. When I took it off there was no gasket but not sure if there should be ? Thanks

I don't believe there was a gasket. No gasket is mentioned per the Master Restoration and Judging Guidelines. Other's with more knowledge will chime in.

I thought it interesting the Challenger has black out paint on the quarter panels while the Cuda doesn't.
