Grill, bumpers, and valance installation?

I have had the rear bumper off, and on my 71 gran coupe several times. Can't figure out if valance goes on first? Bumper guards? Is there an order how to be successful? Also the front grill, bumper, and valance. Does the grill go in first? Just tired of doing things 3, and 4 times. Any help would be appreciated.

I know what worked for me. The parts were off. Put grill on. Loosely bolted the bumper to the bumper arms. Put bumper arms on with the back bolts hanging down. Then raised bumper. Enough movement then to clear grill when raising up. Put front bumper bolts in here again not tight. Then adjust and tighten the four bumper bar bolts. Then installed valance. There's enough room there to adjust the bumper and tighten the bolts where you want it.

1. grill (front-only)
2. bumper
3. lower valence

TBH, I am unsure, but I vote do the valance after the bumper. I suspect guards onto the bumper, bumper onto the car, then the lower valance panel.

I did put the rear valance on first. The bolts can be accessed from the inside. don't forget about the 2 bottom brackets too. See them in place. It probably could be done either way.
