Barracuda Bumpers

Just a general inquiry. Has anyone ever installed front and rear bumpers on 71 Barracuda with both the front and rear valances in place.
I cant seem to locate a installation sequence for Grill ,then bumper fallowed by valance or something like that.
What happened if you dented a bumper, must the valance be removed to get to bumper bolts or is removal and in stall possible with extensions and flex sockets.

If I remember right, it is very difficult to install the rear bumper with the valance in place and I believe the front bumper can be installed with the valance on with minimal difficulty.
