heater/ac hoses

hello, switching from ac to no ac(keeping the parts)can i take out the inline system on the hoses and run new hose straight thru to engine? will i get hot air all the time?please see photo.thanks

That is the purpose of the heater control valve. It restricts the hot coolant from going through the heater core. Switching from a/c to non- a/c is much more complicated than just disconnecting the a/c hoses and just running heater hoses. You will have no vented air available inside the driver compartment without adding the mechanical vents that are part of the non- a/c system. The heater box , vent assemblies, cables, control panel etc... should be replaced to get to a factory functioning heater/fresh air system.

so if i leave the system intact with the existing valves will that work?
