Heater Control Valve

Is the heater control valve in the bypass position?

What position is the heater control lever inside the car ?

The lever in the car is not functioning correctly. I can forcefully move the inside lever but the cable end at the valve does not. The cable might be kinked. Anyways for now I have a leaking core and need to put it into bypass position.

Lever torwards front of car = Open
Lever towards back of car = Bypassed/Closed
