Heater hose diagram for 6.4

Hi All
I’m doing a 6.4 Hemi swap into a 71 Challenger convertible. I am having difficulty understanding how to run the heater hoses. I have 2 ports at the rear of the engine under intake manifold. The engine came with a hose that seems to connect them with a port at the top of the engine, see photo. Then there is one port at front top section of water pump in front that I think was routed to the oil cooler which I removed and installed and regular air cooled, cooler. Can anyone shed some light on how this should be plumbed?
Should I cap off the port at the front of the engine? If so what gets connected to the heater core in A/C box?

@WJW there are two metal tubes coming out of the back if the intake right bext to the firewall those are your heater hose connections in & out, the front nipple I remove and place the sensor for the electric fans.

SFEbody is correct. Attached is a picture to show the flow direction of the heater hoses.

So the existing hose in the photo I posted connects the ports at the back of the engine to a port at the front of the engine, does that stay connected as in the photo I posted?
What pushes the circulation when only using the back 2 ports on the engine ?

That hose you have you can probably just throw away. Cap it off where it is on the intake. Put a plug on the water pump outlet or use it for a temperature reference. Use the diagram I sent from the crate harness manual to hook up your heater core. The coolant flows just like any other engine and nothing else is needed to “push circulation”.
