My name is Jim. Around late May (2017), I became a proud owner of a fresh built 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T clone. The car is equipped with a 440 six pack, four speed and a tall stepping final Sure Grip rear. I use the car primarily for local car shows and when feeling the need to get out and go cruisin'. Fun car to own and drive and I certainly receive a "few" thumbs up on the road.
I have been a Gearhead since the late 60s. Mostly Fords, a few GMs, but a great admiration for the Mopar. In fact, I have always wanted a 1970 Challenger R/T since the day they hit the showroom floors. I just never been able to scrape enough coins together to buy one.
Great to be here on EBO! I know I will have a few questions to ask, since I am a stickler for detail. Will say right up front, that I appreciate all the help I can get.
