Looking forward to sharing my discoveries and learning even more.
My project of 25 years is a 1970 Challenger that started life in Los Angeles as a Challenger Deputy - 6 cylinder. Someone did a cheap upgrade to a high performance 383 RT clone but never changed brakes, suspension and missed the finer points. I have been slowly working to have a street worthy driver now that I am on the verge of retirement.
I spend a lot of time researching to make sure I have the reasonably correct components and someday may have it professionally painted. Was originally F8 but someone had a fetish with "Vanishing Point" and I have that version in my garage.
Just replaced the tan distributor cap and had to wait for the correct color. Back on the road this weekend!
