Help Tracking Down a Red AAR, BS23J0B296034, Last Location Known - Central PA

I have the complete engine out of an Red AAR, partial VIN 296034. The car was registered with Jeff Bangert years ago as a red, automatic, with black interior (although white interior is possible). The trail has gone cold and I have been unable to locate the current owner. I believe it may have been in central PA in the vicinity of Auburn or Frackville when it was registered. If anyone has any leads please PM me.
