Help wirh rear valence.

Mounting rear valence and need to know what connects to hole in valence below rear crossmember. Want to make sure everything is jn place before welding. There is no chrome there that I know of.

Looks to me like it's for the second bumper bracket bolt.

These should help. The holes are for the Phillips screws that attached the valance (stone deflector) to the stone deflector reinforcements and stone deflector supports.
There differences in 1970 and 1971-1974 valance brackets.
