Identify this Duct

can anybody identify this piece of duct and if so where it goes

It looks like the duct that goes under the dash frame below the radio to the underside of the glove box. The metal bracket takes a sheet metal screw.

There should be a part number on it.

Checked part # its for a B body ( Charger )
