Let's hear from the desert & Florida guys?

It's brutal here today, not going to be able to wear the flip flops!
It was 27 this morning, but I'm still going for a drive this afternoon when it gets up to 45.

So who are all the guys on here that can drive their cars mostly year round? Just thought of this when I saw Xcudame and Heminut's posts the other day...

Must be nice to enjoy the these cars year round I would imagine? We have a foot of snow and won't see 20 degrees for another week here in Northeast Ohio.

The only thing we have going for us is that first dry 70 degree day in May (or June) that we take the car out for the first time. It is like hooking up with an old girlfriend that left you 9 months ago....(pun intended)....
Yea, it is great being able to take our cars out 365 days a year (minus hurricane days). One of the three reasons i relocated to Florida. I go to car shows every weekend.

I saw this weekend the LPGA cancelled a golf tournament in Orlando because of cold and wind, and the greens were frozen Sunday morning.

Hope it warms up before I go down in April for the Cuda giveaway...

@Raycuda and I have a solid Mopar group of four cruisers who go to cruises and shows almost every weekend. Our radius is about 60 plus minutes (actual miles varies). Traffic is a factor so we use off-expressway routes where possible.
We also have a loose-knit Mopar group that extends from the Tampa Bay area down to Sarasota.
We had the cold spell this past weekend (1/31-2/1) and skipped meeting up but cold is very rare.
We do brave the high temps in July-August so a well-functioning cooling system is a must. 26” factory or Glen-Ray radiators work well with a 7-blade fan & clutch. Some go to aftermarket aluminum radiators but we will leave those to the GM crowd. 🤣
195°F engine temps in the hottest summer periods is A-okay for us!

Shorts are a 11-month thing but sandals do not play well with clutching around with a manual!

Been mid-70' here the past week. I've been re-engineering the disc brake conversion for my 64 Imperial because I didn't like the thin tapered roller bearings the kit used. So now going to 94 Dodge 1500 rotors (same wheel bearings as the Imperial) and modifying the caliper adaptors. I actually break out sweating! Sun feels good! 🙂

I'm just going to pretend you guy's aren't there! I'm in the garage and it's warmed to up to 30's.
