Longer wheel studs required

Hello,got my 15x8 centreline auto drags with 275/60/15s ready to fit but need much longer wheel studs,is 3" the correct size?just want to order correct studs.cheers

I think they make the shank-type lug nuts in longer lengths, too. easier than changing studs and doesn't paint you into a corner if/when you want another type of wheel on there.

Thanks for that ,that would be easy if i can get those,i will measure wheel stud holes tomorrow ,great advice

If he is setting the car up to race he has to use the 3" studs, the longer shank lugnuts won't pass tech.

Follow track guidelines even if you are using for the street.
Number one is make sure the Centerline wheels that you are going to use are DOT approved for street use and not the drag strip wheel.
Number 2 is use a lug nut that is open on the end so the stud can go completely through the nut without bottoming out .
