Master Cylinder Pedal Rod Bushing?

Hi! I'm back on my disc brake swap after a loooong hiatus. Does anyone have a source for the little bushing inside the piston of the master cylinder? That's the one that accepts and centers the pedal rod coming through the firewall. I don't see them in rebuild kits, YearOne doesn't seem to offer them and mine's shot. Any leads would help (even the exploded view in the manual doesn't show it!)
