Need alittle help here ..

Ok, on a 72 challenger .. At the front of the fender there is a molding like part that goes inline with the front hood molding .... My question is .. Does that molding on the fender part of the fender ? Or separate ? Or part of the grille panel ..

It is part of the front fiberglass facia or header panel.
