Need instructions how to install rear bumper 1972 challenger...

Have a 1972 challenger rallye, my Dad is getting ready to move here 2000 miles away from where he lives and where I used to live to be by family in his old age, and he is trying to get a few things assembled on my challenger before he ships it here. It is newly painted, and most all of the mechanical done, needs interior done and lots of random trim, wiper motor, exhaust, etc...
My question is since he didn't take off the rear bumper, he has no idea how to reinstall it and the brackets... he had his buddy hold it up while he looked it over, but is having a lot of trouble figuring it out... If anyone has instructions and/or pics, I would really appreciate it...
