Need some help with OEM power window regulators

I'm converting a 70 Cuda convertible from manual to power. The OEM parts I have were in pieces. I have one of the front regulators built. I'm having an issue with the other. The small swivel plate that bolts to the top side of the motor has 5 holes, 3 bolt to the motor, one that swivels on an arm and one is not used. Of the 2 that do not bolt to the motor, one reg. uses one of the holes, the other reg. uses the other hole. Both motors are identical, so I can only get one plate to bolt up. The only way I can get the other to bolt up is to locate the large gear in the center of it's range. If I moved the swivel rivet to the other hole, it would line up, but that's not where the factory installed it. The only thing I can think of, is one side uses a different or reversed style motor since my left and right motors are identical. The other issue is I'm not finding 4 holes in the doors that match the base to bolt the main part to the doors. I assumed they would already be there for both power and manual regulators.

Thanks Moparnut,
I figured it out. This car has been a challenge. It's a 70 that someone made into a 71 Hemi clone, but not totally. It looks like a car that was pieced together from spare parts. It still has a 70 deck lid and fenders were cut up and turned into a 71, etc. The grille, rear panel, and shaker were painted the wrong color. Can't believe how many different deck lids there are. It was a Barrett-Jackson auction car and the buyer didn't do his research.
