I can add a few photos of the Vapor-Liquid Separator as I just installed mine in my 72 Challenger several days ago. The single hose coming out of the top goes through the steel line to the charcoal canister located in the engine bay - in the 72 Challenger, it's next to the washer fluid bottle. My car is not a stock restoration so I used screw hose clamps. I hope this helps. I also recommend adding a separate ground wire to the fuel tank sending unit. I've never been satisfied with the ground provided by the stock strap visible in my photo.
