Bought my 1970 383 'Cuda as a much younger guy back in the early 80s (had a lot more hair and none of it was grey). Won't say how the motor ended up back on the stand but she has been resting comfortably up on stands for at least 40 years as family and career moved up in importance. Now that I am headed towards retirement and will have some spare time on my hands, my son and I put her back down on all fours this past weekend and rolled it out of the garage. After clearing out the various rodent condominiums that had moved in since I put her up, I have a pretty clean car to start my project with (better than I thought it would be). I've been reading a lot of the threads of late and look forward to engaging with y'all as the project moves forward.
