I just wanted to update this, I finely found some vents that are made to retrofit a non A/C dash. They are not exact size of OEM, but maintain the style, and are made to work with aftermarket hoses. I am getting a set from Classic Auto Air. They actually are part of their kit, but will sell them separately. The cost was just short of $90 shipped.

I just wanted to know what is need to convert a non AC dash pad to a AC unit. I am planning on putting in a Vintage Air system, but do not like the under dash unit. My thoughts are to put in a factory AC dash, and plum the hoses the original vent if possible.
I have an original ac car and converted to vintage air to get a truly great working heater/ac unit I believe it was the best 1200 I spent on the car. You can barely see the unit
