1971 Challenger 440 six pack. crushed late 70's early 80's. Owner from Dyer IND. I think in the early 90's owner and I talked on phone and exchanged pictures via us mail. how things have changed. Don't know if he is a member here.

Great car, but how did the 70 surfboard wing get on the trunk?

Parted out 340 four speed Cuda, two tone paint, in the early eighties due to rusted front frame rails. Put the engine in a Duster.

Early build 71s came with several 70 leftovers like spoilers, consoles, bucket seats. I spoke with the owner of that car a few years back and have a list of options it came with. What a cool car!

That I don't know. Don't remember if it was an option when built. This was a good while back when people conversed via phone and mail. He sent me the picture. Yes I have it on my hard drives too.

I recall seeing a duplicate of that 71 R/T up at the Mopars in the Park show in Shakopee, Minnesota in the early 90's...Rubber Bumpers as well!!
Never saw it again.

I think he was from the Midwest Dyer Indiana. I would have to look on the back of the picture.
