Outside Remote Mirror

Hello, I need some help on my 1970 Challenger. Trying to put my Remote Mirror on drivers side, but can not seem to know where the cable goes. It is always getting stuck on the window glass going up or down. Can you tell me where the cable should be.

Just did this on my 70 Challenger, hope this helps!

I agree , that bracket hold the cable out of the way at the front by the hinge .
Not hard to make a bracket if you cannot find one , no one will see it .
