thanks for the comments! I am still finishing up some inside details to get things stored better, but am getting closer every day.
Nice shop :thumbsup: . And the 3 wheel trike is awesome, fenders and banana seat!
That is for my grandson, he is two and loves to come out to the shop. He is going to be spoiled growing up with a shop to use. I found the Tonka excavator, and dump truck, and loader in my trash dumpster. He loves those too.

Congrats. Building permits are unreal. I am in the process of expanding a cemetery and the red tape will kill you. I tried to add a second garage to my residence and same thing. I think that plan is sunk. You have nice shop there.

And the building inspectors can be a nightmare. I had a bad experience with an officious, overbearing, ass....

Both my inspectors were awesome, I guess I was fortunate.
