Pentastar location on Cuda

does anyone have correct measurements or diagram for location of pentastar on right fender. 70 cuda with gill lower rockers if it matters. Looks like most pics I see are centered between wheel opening and door, but seems like more variation in vertical placement between rocker and body line above.
Also, what determines if silver or gold?

I found a good photo showing mounting holes and measurements on board.moparts.org but still no definitive answer on color.

Never actually confirmed it, but I was told Silver was the standard warranty, and Gold was extended warranty.
