I am in dire need of some advice! I am in the process of building a 1970 model 340 engine and have a set of Speed Pro forged pistons (part number #L2316) that I am wanting to use. For some reason 2 of the wrist pin retainer lock rings are missing! Sealed Power told me that the retainers are obsolete (part number #LR-N5400-98) and no longer available. I have checked all of my vendors and have not had any luck in locating a single one.
The pistons are already balanced and fitted to the new .030 bore. I really don't want to have to start over for 2 retainers on one piston!

Does anyone know where I might locate any of these or possibly a substitute that I can obtain? Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Thank you Chryco Psycho! I knew there had to be replacements somewhere, I just couldn't find any with the correct dimensions. Thanks again!
