Of course as long as it has not been cut, wrapping has come loose, insulation is not still soft and supple, connectors not brittle/broken/missing/corroded. It is better to replace 50 year old wiring.
The biggest problem with 60-70's Mopars is wiring. Mainly shorts and ground problems.
Wiring is the literal arteries and veins of your car. They carry the proper amount of current to all the electrical components and must be sufficiently grounded.
They are not cheap, but they are never given any maintenance either. They just quietly do their jobs.
