A friend of mine has an old Volvo with a black rubber/plastic front bumper. He recommended this stuff and said it has held up well through the summer sun, car washes etc... I decided to try it on my rear seat & kick panels. These panels are faded & have a few light scratches but are otherwise serviceable.... it couldn't hurt to try to save them, besides new ones are $$$! This stuff was less than $10.

I washed and scrubbed the panels before applying the stuff. I applied two coats and really like the results, they are not too shiny/glossy. I will give my door panels and console the same treatment..
