I have the factory front disc brakes. Kelsey-Hayes
single-piston type. Looking for recommendations on replacement ceramic pads including part numbers and suppliers. Thanks!

Why ceramic?
Semi metallic stop better.
You're right. One property of ceramics I like is less dust and my calipers are painted sublime. Besides, I don't drive aggressively anymore. Im an old fart 😆

OEM were asbestos. Your rotors need to be compatible with semi-metallics or the braking may not be that good until they warm up and/or short rotor life.
Ceramic stop well, low rotor wear and very little brake dust/squeeking.

I bought new slotted, drilled 11" rotors from by OER from Classic Industries, part number MB5314L and R. I couldn't find the Hawk brand pads. Everyone that carried them, were out of stock. The only ceramic pads I could find were made by EBC, part number: EBC-DP31176C. Unfortunately, they are painted red and cost close to $200. I settled for some AC Delco semi- metallic pads.
