Rocker panel body plugs?

Do the holes in the rear inner rocker panel get a body plug? If so what type,

plastic cup type or rubber?
 
No plugs were used in that area. Nothing saying you can't put them in. Check the hole for size that you want to fill. There are a look of different sizes 3/4" Flush Mount Black Plastic Body and Sheet Metal Hole Plugs Qty 25 0.75 Inch |

Thanks for the input, not sure we are talking about the same hole if you are referencing the hole in the torsion bar cross member in your photo, I am referring to the inner rocker.

When I was working on mine underneath. I used sign post. They come in 3 different sizes slide in each other. So if your driving down a road and bunch of sings are gone. I was there.
I was replacing a lot of signs on the Interstate highways. Took them home and knew I was going to use them for something.
