Hello all,

I bought a '71 'Cuda with a built Hemi (originally a H1B) from a guy that had his mechanic rebuild it all and it runs like crap now. Probably the carb needing to be rebuilt but backstory on the engine is what I'm looking for as well as the fitment or lack of fitment with the shaker hood with the current Indy intake and Holley single plane carb setup. Looking to possibly go fuel injection to remedy it but I would like to know what the actual damn block is, was told it is a 572ci. No receipts tho.

Hate to drop his name... I can find him on whitepages for a fee and but that feels weird. If anyone knows a car guy named Aron Garcia, he held the car in Salem around 2014
and earlier. Looking for the engine info and some pics. The owner I got it from isn't being helpful or giving me pics of the build when he got ahold of it. Want to know if it had a fender tag when he had it, etc.

I guess sometimes you gotta just move on but I'm hoping the guy can at least help me with the pics.

Thanks,
B3

Posting your VIN and fender tag might help with history.
MoparCarGuy,
VIN is BS23H1B-39835X, I don't have the fender tag. Trying to trace back to the previous owner why there isn't one, if there ever was while they had it etc.

Tried reaching out to a few places that had work done or parts ordered for it, (Indy heads, justdashes) no luck. One guy impersonating a former graveyard car celeb online tried to tell some stories saying he knew the car but I believe he was just trolling.

Sadly, I can't get a fender tag made correctly so I gave up on that. Just want to know the history a bit better.
