What spot wèld cutter do you use? The one that I have tends to walk bad. I think it's a Blair 3/8. It cuts good enough but the holesaw teeth also tend to break often.
If it's a Blair (with a spring loaded pilot) center punch first for the pilot; keep the rpm SLOW, and use lots of cutting oil. (I keep mine under 150 rpm-lasts a long time)
You can get cutting oil at Ace or True-Value hardware, tends to carry off heat better than WD-40.
Thanks. I have been using wd40 not cutting oil and definelty not that slow. I'll pick up some cutting oil and keep working.
Ramenth, that one that you show there is what I have been thinking of trying. I'm still getting a lot of cut through.
