steering column

I finally reached the interior of my 73 challenger I want to go with a tilt column p/s. Auto. floor shift. any ideas ? do I also need a joint or adapter to match the steering box as most columns that I have seen have a double d configuration ?

There is nothing bolt in. You would need a column from IDIDIT or similar and they have the hardware to a custom install. Not cheap though.

OK finally got back to the steering column I was told that a Cordoba column would work in an E body anyone have any input ?

The colars are the same as are some of the parts. You may need to combine the two columns to make one fit the Ebody. I have considered trying the same with a 80 pick up truck column since it is also the same colar

THANK YOU. I will have to look around for one. as I have a spare 73 challenger column. any leads as to where to start looking besides E bay ?
