While changing the front shocks on the 72 Challenger I noticed the sway bar rubber bushings didn’t look quite right. Are they correct or is something out of whack. Checked the manual and couldn’t get a clear picture. Thanks in advance.
That’s what I thought ,but couldn’t tell by the pictures in the manual.I believe your sway bar is upside down?
After studying the pictures it looks like maybe the spacer is to long. Will crawl under there and check it out a lot closer. The previous owner thought he was a automotive genius, I have been fixing his screw ups for two years. Should have kept his hands in his pockets!Another crusty original. The bar has a slight downward curve at the ends. It does not look like yours is upside down.

Yep! Here’s the new and old. Thanks for all the help!Mine is aftermarket, but it's 1 5/8 inches.
My factory spacers are 1 3/4" long.Took the end links out and found rubber bushings chewed up and the spacer is 2.25 long, would any one know what the spacer sleeve length should be? Looks like it is about .75 to long.
That’s what the new ones are,My factory spacers are 1 3/4" long.
