Todd's Cowl on a '71 Challenger

This was major surgery.....metal patches to fill rot around the lower half of the Cowl. Especially around the air chimneys. Had to rebuild those. Used a skim coat of Bondo to smooth things out but it's 100% all metal.POR 15 over everything. I have a new Cowl top to go on. Doing a million fit checks for windshield alignment.....
