I would like to ask your opinions. i have acquired a virtually rust free 6 cylinder 70 challenger, I want to make a hemi clone. I know it will not be a numbers matching car. Should I wait to find a 383 or 440 car to make a hemi clone or just use the one I have. Will this hurt the cars value compared to another 383-440 challenger hemi clone. What are your thoughts.

It will be a lot cheaper to convert the six cylinder and won't affect the end result. It is a lot more expensive to find and buy a big block car in good condition just to change it. Either way it is just a clone, enjoy it. Just have someone knowledgable on E-bodies help you with your project. You are going to want to strengthen the driveline and chassis a lot from the six cylinder baseline.
Now we need pictures before you ask any more questions.............Just kidding.
