Just recently I put new quarter skins on my '70 Barracuda. Now I have finished up some patch work on the fronts of the outer wheel wells and hae removed the rest of the factory undercoating to make sure there was no suprises. After I clean all the surfaces, what primer would you recomend for this area. After paint It will be getting re-undercoated as this is going to be much more a drier than a show car. Should I go with something like POR 15 even though the wheel wells are not rusty?

No, do not use POR-15 on unrusted metal. Use a real epoxy primer with a catalyst; no spray can crap. It comes in black too.
