wiper motor lever / wiper blade holder

Does anyone have the lever that attaches the motor to the arm inside the cowl?
I also need one of the two sections of the wiper arm that holds the refill. Its about 4 inches long.

Is it a 2 speed or 3 speed? Does it matter? I should have either one!

Thanks Burdar. Jules helped me with a wiper knob and vent cable. He comp'd them to me and said pay it forward. Very cool dood!
