I have the typical (I believe) wiper motor not homing when the switch is turned off. I've heard different things like there is a disconnected wire inside the motor or a missing ground on the outside of the motor, but I couldn't find any particular post about it here anywhere.

I've also got to pull off one of the wiper arms and reposition it, because it stays too high on the glass and doesn't park below the glass. So I think I've just got to reposition the arm on the spindle.

Check the ohms on your ballast resistor with an electric meter. It should be between 1 and 3 ohms. Anything below or above is a bad resistor. Prong to prong from electric meter set to ohms.

If you have a service manual go to the electric section and go to wiper motor.
