Can I get a measurement from someone on there precise location on the fender. Don’t have the old fenders to take measurements from. Any help is appreciated

I think that I have that part of my original fenders in my attic. I'll take a look and let you know.

Here's the measurements. The 11 11/16" measurement is from the front lip of the fender to the center of the hole. The 3/16" is from the side edge of the fender to the edge of the opening. From the edge of the fender to the center of the opening is 17/32" or basically 9/16". I hope this helps.
