I have a 1970 charger 500 rolling project that I want to trade for an e body. Must be a decent car. Not worried about the running gear. Pm me if interested. Serious inquiries only please. Located in hartwell ga.
no motor. have engines though. bill of sale Georgia being a non title state no big deal. entertain all e body offers but would like to have 70-71. car will need a trunk pan and few other patches. pretty solid car.
You'd be far better off selling this car and buying an E body or whatever with the cash money talks so for one thing you will get a better deal then swapping and secondly you will have far more cars to choose from rather then accepting a car that someone is willing to swap for your Charger you can choose any car for sale.
Miight happen; but it is unlikely since the Ebody is generaly worth more than the Bbody in the same condition. I would say you may be able to get a 73 or 74 Challenger in trade. If it were me I would sell the Charger and add some cash to get the Ebody.
a '70 Charger is one of the exceptions to that rule for b-bodies, you will generally see them priced (finished/complete) in the same range as the general e body (@ $30-70K or $150K+ for Hemis). that being said, that one looks to be in the $7-9K range if motor is included (original would have been a 383 4bbl). the Duster, @ $3-5K. just my opinion. LOVE that year Charger, I hope it finds a new life.
383 4bbl - 727 auto - Burnt Orange - Burnt Orange Buckets - Black Vinyl Roof - Light Package / Radio Group / Power Brakes / Console / Bucket Seats / Rt Hand Mirror / LH Mirror / A/C / 3spd Wipers / Hood Mounter Turn Signals / Drip Rail moldings / Body Sill Molding / Body Belt Molding / AM Radio / Sales Bank Order
There is a nice 70 Charger 500 383 car near me. It has been for sale for a few months at $15,000. It's priced right. I don't see 70 383 Charger 500's selling for $30,000.
hey guys I saw this car on ebay the other day so it might be sold but I could be wrong though, i think bidding was up to 6 or 7k when i saw it but i didn't watch the bidding to the end, the guy told me he wanted $9000 for the car but I am sure that was negotiable and that was before it hit. I love the burnt orange interiors on the 70 chargers its really nice. i was really tempted on that charger as i am tempted to inquire about quapman's burnt orange challenger i really want a cuda / barracuda as i had both the 70 charger and a challenger.
